While our online consultations are complimentary, on-site consultations may require a nominal fee.
We encourage you to share any visual inspirations, such as images or Pinterest boards, to help us grasp your vision accurately. Our seasoned design team will then provide expert guidance on layout, colors, finishes, and spatial optimization, all while respecting your budget. Feel free to inquire about materials or products – we're here to offer comprehensive assistance.
STEP TWO: Design Development & Quotation
Once we've gathered all the necessary information, our design team will collaborate closely with you to refine your design concept according to your preferences and budget. Your satisfaction is our paramount concern, which is why we invite you to review our initial visual presentation in person or online. This serves as an opportunity for you to suggest any adjustments before we proceed. Upon your approval, we'll finalize material selections and require a deposit to initiate your project promptly.
Our accounts team will furnish you with a transparent payment schedule to ensure your project progresses smoothly. Please note that, for security reasons, any drawings will be presented online rather than shared via email or left with the client.
STEP THREE: Site Inspection & Measurment
To ensure the utmost precision in manufacturing, we conduct a comprehensive site visit to verify measurements and details. This meticulous step is integral to the success of your joinery project.
Upon receiving your final approval of the drawings, we'll commence manufacturing.
STEP FOUR: Expert Installation
Our proficient installation team will transport and install your joinery and cabinetry with precision and care. Following the installation, we'll conduct a thorough quality check to ensure everything aligns with our exacting standards. You'll be promptly notified upon completion, and final invoices will be issued accordingly.
